Upon arrival, I found the room had a terrible smell of smoke, off-putting for a non-smoker like me. The receptionist's English was poor, and I wasn't informed about breakfast times or WiFi access. To make matters worse, the charge for the safe was not communicated clearly, leading to an embarrassing situation during checkout.

Everything was excellent, including very hard working staff and good location by Ferhat Close to Beach. Comfortable beds, a safe, a mini bar, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels in the room. Excellent service with amazing cooking....

Charming place with a good pool and friendly staff. Impeccably clean, though I found some noise disturbing near the kids' pool. Worth noting, the charge for the safe wasn't communicated clearly, leading to a minor issue. Dining was excellent. Breakfast from the menu was a lovely touch!
